I feel you have hidden cost's that should be provided before checking out of PayPal. I went from YOUR advertised price of $49.00 to $67.97. I will NOT do business with you again and will inform my friends and family of the hidden cost's. The final nail in the coffin was that I paid for guaranteed delivery time and your company did not deliver when promised. The florist did NOT deliver to the flowers to the person but left them in another department of the Hospital. I believe this should be reported to BBB. Signed, dissatisfied customer. You did refund part of my order yet I am still not satisfied with your service. As stated above I will NOT do business with you again.

I WAS OFFERED FREE NO SERVICE CHARGE IF I CAME BACK AND COMPLETED MY ORDER. THIS IS MISLEADING AS YOU THEN TOOK AWAY THE $10 DISCOUNT ON THE ARRANGEMENT SO I NETTED ONLY A $5. SAVINGS. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU JUST BE HONEST ABOUT THE VALUE UPFRONT.
UPDATE: THE FLOWERS/ ARRANGEMENT LOOKED CHEAP. I OPTED FOR THE FLORIST SELECTION THINKING HE/ SHE WOULD MAKE A PRETTY ARRANGEMENT. IT LOOKS LIKE I STOPPED BY THE GROCERY STOP AND PAID $14.99 FOR AN ARRANGEMENT. THE VASE, RIBBON, FLOWERS JUST CHEAP. I'M EMBARRASSED.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
