First Time ordering Flowers OnLine. Easy, Great Price, And Wonderful Customer Service. Sent To Someone In Hospital. Patient Was Discharged Before Flowers Got There So They Kindly Sent Them To Another Location!

The Flowers were very small & I was very embarrassed. I went back & forth between other arrangements to see what size they were & for what price. I thought these were going to be way nicer. I would have paid double for a bigger arrangement though so not to embarrassed like I was.I have bought flowers many many times with the loss of my mom,sister,2 cousins & the list goes on...Your flowers were the absolute worse
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
