Love this site! Was my last comment but for my sisters grand opening of her store i wanted to send her some congratulations flowers before 12pm. The flowers were not delivered until almost 2pm even though i paid the extra fee for expediated delivery. And the arrangement...it was very pretty but so small. Truly one of the smallest arrangements I have ever seen.
The ordering process was easy. The day of the delivery was the next day from when I had ordered it. It came in the afternoon instead of the morning, which wasn't too big of a deal. The real problem was that the flowers were nothing like the picture. The roses were not fully bloomed, and the lavender and other flowers were either dead looking or incredibly small, leaving the whole thing looking more green than anything. That being said she still loved the flowers. Perhaps the flowers were just not in season.
My sister received them on her birthday and reports they're lovely (we're in different parts of the country). I had picked out an arrangement that reminded me of her. Thanks for getting the flowers there in great shape and on the correct date!

Cost of flowers were reasonable, but $20 delivery fee was a little steep. May look elsewhere for better deal on delivery in the future.
I didn't know about the extra $15 that is added on at very end. Obviously if I am shopping for next day birthday flowers then I really need them fast. I took the time to compare with other sites, chose based on price but in the end it was the same price as other sites. Waste of my time. No money saved, could have got more cash back on ebates with other sites.
I wished there was an option to edit the message at the end at the 'review order step', instead I had to start all over with my order.

The product came on time but with no message attached to it. They read the messages from all flowers that were delivered and my flower had no card. That was not cool.
