I live abroad. The billing information doesn't have that option... It would be nice to have that chance when you write your billing information etc.
Great customer service and delivery!
I picked the arrangement because of the particular flower (spider mums), but when it arrived it didn't have those flowers...I was very disappointed! The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday (I had planned it this way), but they were delivered on Thursday in the middle of the afternoon. They were delivered to my neighbor, who did bring them over for me, but I really hadn't wanted to involve my neighbor in this transaction! :(
Then I had to rearrange them...they look like they had really been put together in a hurry and not very well.
The vase wasn't what was shown in the picture...again I picked because it was different...but didn't get that either.
When I called customer service, they were nice, but all I get is a gift certificate for a partial refund and excuses for the floral company...and now I am supposed to take another chance to use the gift certificate!?! Really?!? How stupid do you think people are?
I doubt I will ever use it when I get it, because I'll order from somewhere that represents their products accurately and sends them on the correct dates! Makes me really regret straying from the old tried and true companies! Very sad!
So far so good - quick and easy and one of the only spots I could find to deliver to Traverse City!
Well, it turned out that my flowers could not be delivered on the day I ordered them for (Sunday), but I got a very prompt and polite call from customer service with an offer to deliver them as soon as possible on the following day with a note of apology and a complimentary upgrade on the bouquet. The flowers came through beautifully and I was very happy with the experience.

Thanks, they didn't look as good as the photo, i clicked on the $10 off a second order and placed one for delivery end of november but as i finalized i realised that you did not give the $10 off second order. I will be there when they arrive so it will be intereting to see in person what they look like.
I've used it a few times in the past and never been disappointed yet. Quick and easy. Only problem this time was it couldn't be delivered when I wanted it there, even with the purchase of expedited delivery
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
