Was disappointed that my second order that I thought I would get a $10 discount did not come through. I may have read things incorrectly and I did things late at night when I had the time. I thought I would get a $10 discount and called customer service a second time. I was told I would get a $10 discount or the 20% discount that I got on the flowers. (Total of the 20% was $15 so I guess I shouldn't complain.

The flowers were a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. Not to mention, they got delivered later than 5pm, which was later than the guaranteed time. I do not think I'll ever come back here.
The flowers were nothing like what I ordered. It was a grocery store bouquet with wilty flowers and they were supposed to re deliver and did not. Then they were to credit back my account and I still have it received my credit!
Was shocked at the shipping & handling charges, but really wanted to place the order. I used the site in the past & my Aunt was pleased with the service & the flowers, so I decided to use the site again. My best friend was also pleased with her order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
