The flowers were ordered at 9:56am and weren't delivered til after 6pm. Residential delivery was supposed to be by 6pm. Overall, I am not pleased with my experience with fromyouflowers.com

Was unaware of service/handling fee.
My flowers were not delivered the day i paid for but customer service refunded me $2.99 and supposively left a voicemail of apology to the recipient. Plus my flower areangement got upgraded. Also, the balloon in the picture was not the balloon delivered but the balloon did say 'get well' like i had liked so that was fine. Overall, not the BEST experience, but my flowers were eventually delivered and they brought some excitement and that's all i needed them to do.!

I tried this new company. My overall experience was very exceptional.
My only criticizem is that if a florist does not deliver on a Sunday, or any other day / date, then it should be specified clearly. Ok had chosen a Sunday for delivery but was somehow routed to a florist who doesn't deliver on Sundays. They promptly called me the next day and apologized and offered to upgrade me for the same price and gave me a credit to use for a future delivery.
Surprised by the $14.99 service/handling fee that was not apparent until the very last screen when changing your order is unlikely.
I am disappointed in the gift I sent. The bouquet I ordered had stargazer lilies, roses, and other little white daisies. The bouquet that was delivered had stargazer lilies with carnations... no roses. Carnations are a very inexpensive flower; I felt as thought I sent something cheap to someone who just lost their daughter. Also, the ribbon was supposed to be burlap. The overall arrangement looked messy and unorganized... nothing like the photo. I'm not sure what local florist filled the order in New Braunfels, but I am not happy.
I have a photo of the arrangement if you want me to provide it later.
I did, however, send an arrangement to my daughter recently in Lewisville, TX, and it was beautiful and almost exactly like the picture.

Prices are wonderful. The only glitch was that the site didn't have enough cities listed to choose from.

Was disappointed that my second order that I thought I would get a $10 discount did not come through. I may have read things incorrectly and I did things late at night when I had the time. I thought I would get a $10 discount and called customer service a second time. I was told I would get a $10 discount or the 20% discount that I got on the flowers. (Total of the 20% was $15 so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Delivery was on time however the quality of the flowers where terrible. Did not look at all like the picture! The bouquet I ordered was "puny" compared to the picture. Very disappointed!

The flowers were a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. Not to mention, they got delivered later than 5pm, which was later than the guaranteed time. I do not think I'll ever come back here.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
