My elderly grandmother loved the fall arrangement. It arrived promptly and the delivery person helped her by bringing it inside and putting it on the table for her. My grandmother isn't too steady on her feet and the assistance was greatly appreciated.

I ordered a fruit basket for a friend who lost a loved one. About four hours afterward, I received a call saying they couldn't deliver it that day. They did deliver it the next day and offered to add something extra in the basket. Since it was in a different state from where I live, I didn't see the basket, but our friends were delighted.
My biggest disappointment through the whole process was the actual flower arranging. There were plenty of fresh flowers, but I could have done a better job of arranging them for sure-and I have no formal training. Also, fromyouflowers.com didn't email a detailed receipt. I paid using PayPal-not sure if that is the reason. The ordering process was very easy and painless...very nice website! So all-in-all, not bad but obviously arranging is a huge part, especially when the flowers are being sent to someone else. Guess that's a chance you take when you use on online flower service of any kind though.
The sizes are very accurate so I was very pleased with what the recipient showed me. Great delivery time!

Easy and convenient to place order. Received a call that my order wasn't going to be delivered same day as requested. I was fine with that, I placed order late in the day. The service representative was very courteous and we made arrangements for the next day, cool. I get a call the next morning, letting me know my order wasn't delivered the day before, we had a groundhog day conversation at 11:00 AM. I had asked that my order be delivered by 1:00, because we were going out of town for the afternoon. So after the 11:00 call, I knew my order wasn't going to make it in time. We received the call that they were delivered 2 hours after we left. Luckily, the arrangement I ordered was beautiful and they were well received.
It was quick & easy. And less expensive than some others. ~ Customer Service was GREAT! Also I saw the flowers that were delivered and they were perfect! Just like the picture. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Wanted to send my sister-in-law flowers and this service was great - able to place an order from the UK (not true of all web based businesses in the US) and the service was great - and she loved them! Thank you
Your arrangements are ALWAYS fresh and absolutely stunning. However, this time I selected a "florist designed" arrangement and was very disappointed when I was sent a picture of it because it was 90% "filler" and only 2 flowers! And, although I paid extra for "same day", it was not delivered until the next day at 2pm.
Called after and told me hours later that you could not get fruit in that area after I had no choice but to do a floral arrangement when she wanted fruit.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
