I would appreciate some coupons? I paid extra for same day delivery. I was contacted and told this would not happen because the shop was out of the type of flower I ordered. I got a free upgrade for the one day delay. Process did not work as planned, the upgrade was nice but I still paid the up charge for same day delivery. Disappointed with the service.

I specifically ordered a premium bouquet since what it was described as being a larger bouquet. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by 11am. By 11:30 the flowers still had not arrived. Called around 12 to ask were the flowers were they stated they were delivered at 11:55. Checked to see if they had arrived and that wasnot true. Did not arrive till 12:15. The bouquet was so small and I was a bit upset that the overall price I was charged almost $66 total for a premium bouquet only got me 6 lilies 4 carnations and 3 roses. And the lilies weren't even fresh. One day later the petals have fallen off almost all the flowers.
I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and paid extra for same day delivery. I received a confirmation email and was told everything was set. They didn't deliver the flowers to the next day at the close of business and did not deliver them to my friend's office. They did call to apologize and said they would refund money but so far nothing. This was nothing but disappointing.

I did not see the " service and handling" fee until payment time. $14.99 is a ridiculous amount since there is already a big mark up in the price of the items --on sale for $27.99 for one mylar balloon and a teddy bear is more than plenty to pay. I sure hope the teddy bear is of decent quality- i will know tomorrow!
The stuffed animal was not as pictured- supposed to be a teddy bear-- but it was some other sort of animal- cute but I wanted a teddy bear as ordered.

You delivered the flowers over 24 hours late. I had to call 3 times to get the flowers delivered. I appreciate the discount and larger order but wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would have these issues.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
