My mother in law LOVED her flowers, they came really fast. I believe within 2 hours of ordering them. The only thing that I had the remote complaint about was that I had paid extra money for extra fluffing/fuller looking flowers but they didn't appear to be any fuller than normal.

Originally placed order on Saturday to be delivered on Monday for my daughter-in-laws birthday. I found out Monday the order didn't yo through. Reordered on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday and receiced call that delivery could bot be made and bo reason was given. I did receive an up-grade and enclosed apology with the flowers but was not happy that she received her flowers 2 days after her birthday.

DELIVERY TIME HORRIBLE, IT SUPPOSE TO DELIVER BEFORE 12 PM. I PAID EXTRA FOR THAT. DELIVERED AT 1:15 PM PER YOUR FLORIST. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MORNING AND LADY DID COLD TXFR MY CALL TO NOWHERE. I HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 HOURS AGAIN TO CALL. CALLED 3 TIMES WITH DELIVERY DELAY

Everything on the site was seamless and easy to navigate. Good pictures, descriptions, etc. The "Service/Handling" fee was almost dishonest in the way it was added at the end after so much sales information about discounts and value. (It was 50% increase of the flower price.) They did not have the flowers I ordered, so my flowers were not on time. I was refunded my $4 rush fee, but the flowers still didn't come until the end of the day and an opportunity was missed, (as well as they weren't what I originally ordered).

It was delivered well before the 'cut off' time which was nice I paid the extra to rush it because my friend wasn't going to be there in the afternoon, the delivery deadline was at 1pm and it was delivered at 11am.
