I ordered two deluxe baskets and they were extremely small in size. I expected them to be much bigger in size. They looked the same as the small basket in your picture. I spent 200 but don't feel it was worth it.
The basket looked thrown together. The actual basket look ed cheap and the presentation was NOTHING like the picture on the site. Very disappointed, considering the price I paid.
I ordered roses and look lillies, but received carnations. Customer Service gave me a full refund.
Since some flowers are delivered. It was A little confusing what would be florets delivered and ups.
I ordered the flowers to be delivered 12/06/14 and they were delivered on 12/05/14. I wanted them delivered on St Nick's Day which is on December 6.
After the delivery issue was resolved, everything was as expected. My daughter received the flowers and liked them very much.
