Good first shopping experience
I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday with a gift basket. I paid extra to have it delivery before noon. I called at 12:30 and ask the if the flowers had been delivered. The lady on the phone didn't know. I found that weren't delivered until later in the day. I called them and they refunded the expedite fee. The basket my mom received looked nothing like the picture. The picture had grapes in it and chocolate as well as meats, crackers, and cheese. The basket my mom got just has meat, cheese, crackers, and mustard, but no chocolate or grapes. I called customer service the lady said that basket aren't suppose look like the picture and the description says meats, cheese, crackers, and chocolate. I told her I didn't get any chocolate and that I would like a new basket delivered with chocolate. She told me that they could deliver a new basket but it would be the same basket without the chocolate. Then she offered to refunded me 10% since they don't have chocolate. I just took the 10% refund. I will never order from this company again. They are a bunch of pricks. The basket my mom received looked so pitiful.
It was great. But please add all other charges to the selling price and display on page. Thanks
This is the second time I paid extra to have flowers delivered on a certain date and the flowers were not delivered properly either time. The person at customer servic was very helpful, but when the flowers aren't there when you want them, the help after the fact doesn't really do much good. I will never this service again.

GLAD I WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED SAME DAY. They were not able to deliver it the same day. It was delivered the next day. An upgrade was given plus and apology note to my friend for the late arrival...I was more than pleased. I did not ask for either, it was freely given...
Everything was great except that my order was late one day. Was happy with the overall experience.
The delivery time was great. Wished I would have had confirmation right after delivery instead of having to contact to find out it already was hours later. The flowers were beautiful, however highly overpriced after seeing the size of them. But great quality thou.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
