Ordering was Quick and painless; however, the flowers I received was not exactly what I ordered. I ordered Stargazing Lillies and got a combination of Lillies and roses. I didn't even bother to call and complain.
Ordered at 9 pm on line and was delivered by 1:00 the next day. Excellent and easy process. I Will be back in the future. Very happy with the Flowers, the process and delivery time.

The ONLY problem was that the order was left on front steps (no one was home yet) and it was during a bad rain storm...balloons were wet and out of hellium.on the floor...when my granddaughter got home was happy but dissapointed...my daughter dry them all with towels and they perked up a bit by 10pm last night...
Nothing wrong with the quality of the product...just the delivery,maybe I should have specified to leave with neighbor if no one home...
Very good, but it's not nice that handling costs only appear on the last page!
