Everything was great. Even the fact that they were going to be delivered late. When I was told my order would be upgraded, was a nice surprise. When the person received them and sent me a picture I was disappointed. The roses appeared to be droopy and vase appeared to be un-full as internet showed.
Call to customer service before finalizing order was never answered: waited 15 minutes on hold, gave up and ordered anyway. Recipient reported flowers and chocolate arrived on time and as described.

I was never contacted when my order went out for delivery or when it was received at the location. I paid for a PREMIUM arrangement and when I saw it up close it was a tiny arrangement that looked regular sized. I ordered this for a funeral for my beloved uncle and I had high expectations based on the reviews. If I wanted a small arrangement I would have done it myself. If I could give it zero stars I would! For future occasions I'm using other services and not from this website.

I order this for my mom Birthday and they were suppose to be delivered but instead my mom had to pick those up at some flower store, then the description said that it comes with Pink Roses and White Alstroemeria but what she received were a combination of Pink Roses and White and Pink Carnations
So they look totally different from the ones in the picture :(

I placed an order for my mothers birthday as I do not live near her and though flowers would be a lovely surprise. The flowers she received were not the pink pretty ones online but yellow, pink and white. They also came in a yellow elephant shaped vase-something you would send to a new mother, or a child's birthday party. I was a bit disappointed with this order.
It was great so far. I will know more once the item is delivered. I pai extra for prompt delivery so we shall see. This was for my daughter's 20th birthday. She is o college and I am not able to spend her birthday with her this year as she will be coming home next weekend. I am excited for her to recieve this floweer arrangement. She loves the Christmas decorations!
