When I was first placing my order I did not confirm the order because of the handling charge of 14,99 I felt was very high. I received an email that that charge would be taken off if I completed my order. I placed my oder and it was delivered as specified. My friend was very pleased with the flowers she received.
My only complaint about the service would be the high handling fee and the fact it was not seen until going to checkout. I did appreciate the fee being taken off otherwise I would not have placed an order.
I couldn't tell what final charges would be until I went all the way to confirm order & then had to start all over to adjust. And I wanted to request it be a Christmas theme.
The recipient was not home when flowers were delivered and the flowers were left out in the cold near the front main apartment door to freeze or be stolen. No call was made to see if she was home.

The Price was good, the shipping was not on time though. It was an order for same day delivery but it was not posible until two days after; however, the people from customer service were kind, and helped out complete the order.
I put the order in for a next day delivery and the recipient did not receive them. It was sent out today. I was not pleased at all.
Hello, the recipent did receive the package. I did see the items and for the upgrade that I received due to the delay in the orginal delivery date, I was disappointed. There were three choclate items in the bag and two were identical. I was dissapointed in the variety of the basket items. Can you let me know what the upgrade items were? Thank you, lynn
Everything is good except, I paid extra to expedite the delivery ( before 12pm) They didn't received it till 2:30pm. The intended receiver was supposed to leave early that day (good thing he didn't) that's why I opted to expedite the delivery. Other than that. Flowers are pretty and the chocolate taste good.
Website fairly easy to navigate but when I wanted to change the level of flowers due to expense (which I didn't find out until late in the ordering process), it wouldn't let me go back to choose a less expensive level. However, the person who received the flowers said they were lovely and fresh. So, an overall good experience.

The arrangement looks much smaller than the online image showed. I was also told that I would get a free upgrade due to the delay in delivery--it did not look like an upgrade.

I ordered flowers and checked the winter bouquet, florist choice, I was disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of flowers they were pink and white and white daisies, I didn't think they would bepink, a picture on line showed blue and purple flowers, I was disappointed but she said they were cute I expected darker flowers for winter.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
