The customer service is accessible and response time is also good. The overall flower is great and it would be perfect if there is a little less of the flower buds and more blooming flowers.
I think your web site is very easy to use and your prices are reasonable in comparison to other florists. I did think as the premium arrangement it would be a little fuller though. But the arrangemnet was still very pretty.
I think you need to provide shipping/delivery costs up front. I was a little shocked when I finally got my total and it was 14.99 to deliver. But my Mother in law said they were beautiful. I didn't see them so have to take her word.
The advertised price was misleading. The final price with shipping and handling is much higher...buyer beware.

When flowers arrived 2-1/2 hours after deadline they were not the flowers pictured...Not happy since this was for my mothers 86th birthday...I'll go back to using my regular florist who has never disappointed me over the past 11 years...
