It was great so far. I will know more once the item is delivered. I pai extra for prompt delivery so we shall see. This was for my daughter's 20th birthday. She is o college and I am not able to spend her birthday with her this year as she will be coming home next weekend. I am excited for her to recieve this floweer arrangement. She loves the Christmas decorations!
This website was much easier to maneuver than either 1800flowers or Teleflora. The prices are better, too. It's my first order with this company, so I hope the flowers are as nice as they appear in the photo. The recipient informed me they were beautiful. The order was accepted for a Sunday delivery and then I got both a call and an email on Sunday morning informing me they could not deliver on Sunday, but would deliver on Monday with an upgrade and a note of apology. The professionalism of this organization is outstanding and I would definitely order from them again.
Even with same day shipping, I feel like I overpaid by about $15. Feels as though fromyouflowers may take advantage of those who need to make something up to someone (many of the people ordering same-day flowers). I know you get it. Otherwise the service, delivery, ease of ordering, and the bouquet itself were all top notch.

Order ******* - some of the flowers were frozen when they arrived and were dead by Saturday night. The driver said that he couldn't find the house, so had left them in the truck for awhile.

I paid for same day delivery, ($2.99 additional fee) for the arrangement to NOT get delievered until I had to contact customer service to complain.
I was offered a $15 gift card for a future purchase, but I do not see myself ever ordering again, therefore they gave me a $10.99 refund on a $50 arrangement.
The arrangement did not look like the picture from the website as well.
I had to continuously contact the reciepient to ask if the flowers had been delievered. Highly disatisfied.
Every email back and forth between customer service and myself was with a different representatvie and kept repeating the same lines.

1)The flowers my mother received were a completely different color from the photo on the website. They were supposed to be in the purple and violet color range but they were white, pink and orange. If a significant change was going to be made I should have been notified and I wasn't.
2) The order arrived a day early. I requested that it be delivered on her birthday and she got it the day before. That's better than the day after but it's not professional. I should have been notified if the delivery time was being changed.
The flowers that I ordered were not delivered the day that it was promised. I didn't get any notification until after I had contacted customer service. They did end up upgrading the flowers, although they were a day late and had to be shipped to a different address. Customer Service handled things well. The original flower store, I beleive, is where the issue originated.
This was a beautiful arrangement for a very close friend who lost a loved one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
