Wish the types of fruit were more descriptive with some of the fruit baskets. Made it sort of difficult to choose. Placed order before 3p for same day delivery. Basket was not delivered same day. Customer svc contacted me that evening to say they did not have a florist in time for deliver & wanted to confirm I wanted them to deliver basket the following day with an upgrade for the error. Basket was delivered the following day & upgraded. I did appreciate the upgrade however I was concern the patient would be discharged the following day. Thank God they patient wasn't discharged & received the basket.
I have order in the past. Everything so far is excellent.I will definitely order in the future.
I think the added $15 shipping and handling fee applied AT THE END is a little misleading. It'd be better if you already include it in your price shown, or if you show the estimated fee before the end of transaction.
It was quick and easy. Howerver I did not receive the flowers on the same day. Placed the order at around 11:35 in the morning. Did not get an email till around 9:30 that evening stating that order could not be placed. I work nights so I did not see the email till the next day. To top it off the deliver was supposed to be a birthday surprise for a friend at her work. Needless to say I had to change the address and have it delivered to her home address since it was already Saturday. I did however get a free box of chocolates to compensate and customer service was very friendly.
The choices are wonderful and the price is right.

I had specifically asked to call me before delivery was dropped off. The delivery was dropped off at the concierge instead of bringing it up to the recipient. Since I was never called, I wasn't to coordinate with her to actually get the slowers.
Does not make sense to offer various "price" levels - regular, deluxe...etc. Should be one standard price for flowers EXACTLY as pictured.
I had the pleasure of seeing flowers I sent Unfourtnately she passed away,Those flowers were Horrible,embarrassing Now Im wondering if My Granddaughters look the same And for the price I paid I am NOT happy Even the Vase was skimpy Never again and I send Flowers all the time Im a business owner myself Not happy
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
