I called customer service to correct the name of the recipient. I was told it was changed and turned out it was never changed. It spoiled the surprise.
My birth mom's favorite colors were able to be included in the "designers choice" design, she was very pleased with the flowers, and the price was good.
I wasn't sure when my mom would be discharged from the hospital so I asked them to call first and gave them the cell phone number instead of the house number. When they did not receive a response at the house number they left a message. My parents got home late and called to which the florist said they would be glad to deliver.
Mom was very pleased with the bouquet and said it was beautiful.

Very good, my only issue was with the delivery time, I paid for delivery before 12, it was almost 2 hours late.
This arrangement looked nothing like the picture that you advertised. This arrangement was for a funeral and I was embarrassed when I saw it. I talked with customer service and he did give us some credit. Was I satisfied? NO! I was to the understanding that we were to be credited all the service fees. The delivery is a service fee and I would expect that to be refunded. I will think twice before going through your company again or refering you.

The site was very easy to use. The florist in the city I was sending to did not deliver on time but fromyouflowers customer service took care of it right away. They upgraded the floral arrangement and removed the same day fee. I was treated more than fairly and in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone.
I will never use this site again; not only was I charged an extraordinary fee, I paid for the flowers to be delivered by noon and they were not delivered until after 3. I'm very upset that I paid extra to have them delivered early and they were not. I am planning on calling to get a refund on the extra money I spent for a shorter delivery which failed. I do not want a store credit because this was an awful experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
