SHOPPING IS EASY.I PAID FOR A BANNER BUT I DIDN'T SEE IT WHEN WE WENT TO THE FUNERAL.
I was really disappointing to find out the flowers came in a box un-assembled. All of the pictures on your site showed the bouquet assembled in the Vase, and it didn't mention it would be delivered in a box anywhere throughout the site or the checkout process.
I did not see the flowers,but my daughter said they were beautifull
They delivered my flowers on the wrong day without calling to tell me they changed the delivery date. I was promised a 20% refund and am still waiting for that credit.
At first I was very pleased with the order process, but then after the order placed and my card processed, I received a call saying that my order could not be delivered on Sunday. That was the only reason I placed the order with them in the first place. They did offer a $15 credit to my account, a complimentary upgrade to the bouquet and a person phone call to the recipient, though. I received the credit but the recipient only got a text message. This is the email I sent to the company after the flowers were delivered:
"The flowers were delivered this morning and unfortunately look pretty sad compared to what was expected. We were told that the recipient would get a personal phone call to let her know you couldn't deliver them on Sunday, her actual birthday, but instead only got a text message. That wasn't a big deal until I saw what the flowers looked like today. I had chosen the mid-level option for the bouquet, but after the Sunday delivery wasn't able to be honored, I was told that the bouquet would be upgraded. This bouquet looks like it was downgraded instead. This doesn't look like a premium bouquet at all."
They offered only another $15 credit which I'm still waiting to receive.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered before 5PM but the delivery ended up being late by 40 minutes after 5:00pm making the entire experience of giving flowers for a birthday unpleasant since the flowers were not there during the day of the birthday, arriving 40 minutes after the birthday person left the office. Some adjustments were made to the price of the purchase by calling customer service.
I originally ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers & they could not fill the order with the item I wanted & all other items could not be delivered as I wanted.
I then found fromyouflowers.com & found something I liked there & it was to be same day delivery, but in an hour or so I got a call it could not be delivered on the same day, but could be delivered on following Monday & they would make an adjustment of service & delivery fee. I have not checked bank to see if they did what they said, if not I will be contacting them. What my daughter received on the Monday was what I had ordered
My sister-in-law in Ohio was so surprised to receive the beautiful Christmas arrangement on Friday. She assured me that the flowers were the freshest and loveliest ever given to her. Thank you, fromyouflowers!

The photo showed an arrangement in the shape of a Christmas tree with roses as ornaments. The arrangement had hsparse greenery that that had little shape. The idea was great, but the end product embarrassing.
They were not able to deliver flowers on Sunday, although the website claimed that they could do a same day Sunday delivery. Customer service was a plus and apologized for the inconvenience an threw in cookies at no extra charge. Will use them again, but will call first if I have to make another Sunday delivery.
Flowers looked like they were dying 2 days after they were received.

Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. I was disappointed though with the fact that what I ordered, the larger arrangement, wasn't what was delivered. It was a rather small arrangement for what I had thought I was going to get.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
