THE FRUIT BASKET WAS BEAUTIFUL AND HAD MORE FOOD PRODUCTS THAN I EXPECTED BESIDES JUST FRUIT. THE RECIPIENT WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SIZE OF THE PINEAPPLE AND HOW MUCH FRUIT WAS IN THE BASKET.

I was really disappointed in the presentation of the gift I sent. I sent flowers to a man; the product I sent was to be placed in a "mason Jar" which I thought was a really unique way to present flowers to a male. The flowers received were a bit flowery compared to the picture presented and it had a regular feminine vase. So I did call customer service. Spoke Randy who said I would get a partial refund which I have not seen yet! Kind of sad. If the florist contacted didn't have the materials in stock, they should have contacted sender for approval of different presentation. Still waiting for credit.

Flowers were very dry when they came. Came to life a little for a day or two. Got here pretty fast, though.

I bought these flowers for my sister for her birthday.She told me that the flowers were beautiful but a couple of the flowers were slightly wilted.Within 24 hours all of the flowers had wilted and died. I spoke with a company representative this morning.She apologized and told me that they would be sending out a replacement bouquet with an upgrade this coming weekend.No charge to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
