This is my first online flower purchase so I am a bit nervous, I guess we will see how it goes! Update: the flowers were well received! I did have to contact customer service because the flowers almost didn't arrive on time (I expedited my order to arrive by 12pm), but the lady I spoke with was so nice and ready to resolve my concern! It all worked out (it was a bit stressful) but customer service was fabulous!

I placed my order on the 11th for delivery on the 15th. It was not delivered until the afternoon of the 16th. This was very disappointing! Other than that, I was happy with the ordering process and the quality of the product.

I Just wanted to send something that would brighten the day. I ordered the arrangement shaped like a Christmas Tree. I thought it was a little plain for the money. Good...Better...Best, they should all be nice. I was dissappointed in the arrangement, delivery was on time though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
