I paid for my order to be delivered by 1030am it wasn't delivered until 12noon not good not a happy customer

For the second time that I order from this place I don't get my order in the time I paid for. Poor poor poor service!
I was charged a same day delivery fee and the flowers were NOT delivered on time. Then they contacted me the next day to tell me they couldn't find the flowers I ordered. So the flowers they sent looked nothing like the flowers I picked and they weren't delivered on time!
For my anniversary I ordered my wife the "Premium Anniversary Basket" which was advertised as an upgraded bouquet. It was important that they arrive before noon so I paid the additional fee for expedited handling. The flowers were not there by noon so I contacted Customer Service who contacted the florist. They confirmed that the delivery would "be there shortly". Two hours later, and two hours late, the flowers arrive after my wife has left work. He secretary calls and tells her they are there so she stops her schedule to go get them. The "upgraded bouquet" was 8 short stemmed flowers and some ornamental short stemmed fluff stuffed in a basket, maybe 10" in height and the same in diameter. I was embarrassed and appalled by the lack of quality and service from this order. I will never order from this site again and will recommend the same to anyone I can spread the word to. I did get my expedited fee refunded, so I'll use that for road side roses so she won't feel completely Jilted. Since this will be removed to avoid any negative publicity on your site, I be sure to post this on Google reviews so the whole truth is out there.
Very complicated to order. Also, the advertising did not add up to the final bill. I really see no discount. Handling and all the other stuff. Really no savings. Just be real. I hope the flowers really are nice. I will see when they get them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
