My experience in the past has been very positive so that is why I ordered again. The fact that you give a coupon for free delivery is important to me. And the fact that you permit me to pay with PayPal also allows me to deal with your company. The flowers will arrive as advertised. And the person that I sent them to wrote back and said that they were beautiful and they meant a lot to her.

There was a problem in that one word of the address was wrong. I received two or three phone calls from
not only the lady at your company but also the driver delivering the flowers. They were very pleasant and
helpful. The problem was finally solved do to the diligence of your staff, etc. I was very I impressed with
everyone I had contact with. The flowers were perfect and perfectly beautiful. Thank you for all your help
and professionalism. I will certainly order from you again when the occasion arises. Thank you very much!

Giving 4 days notice in advance of delivery, an expedited delivery charge seemed harsh, along with a separate service/handling charge, which I would have thought to be part of the quoted price. I went through all the on-line descriptions because I was looking for blue flowers. The description of the Sympathy Floor Basket was "Blue and White" flowers, which looked very lovely in the photo on line; however, the floral arrangement received had ONE blue flower mixed in with the white. The rest were a purply-pink and a bit puny. For $99 after all the add-ons, I was too embarrassed to tell the others, who had agreed to share in the cost, what the price actually was. No more on-line flower shopping for me!

I found this site easy to order from compared to others, but that's about it. I sent flowers to my grandmother and when I saw them, I was very disappointed. They looked nothing like pictured. They were supposed to be a red and green Christmas arrangement ( bushel of cheer)and they came in a silver bucket with some silver bulbs. They also died very quickly. Didn't even last a week. Terrible looking, good thing it's the thought that counts right.

Could not be delivered the same day

Could not be delivered the same day- was told the order would be upgraded and a note of explanation included---neither one was done. And the flowers that were received didn't look anywhere near as good as the photo...far fewer flowers. Have pyrchased from FTD & 1-800-Flowers and received far more for my money.

I did not receive my full order; it was missing the teddy bear that was part of the flower order and an extra balloon. It was not delivered on time, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I carefully selected the flowers that I wanted to send to my daughter for her birthday based on the type of flowers she loves. The bouquet I selected is not what was delivered. I also added a Mylar balloon and 3 latex balloons to complete the birthday surprise. Only the mylar balloon was delivered. I phoned customer service and the young lady I spoke was very nice, but only compensation was to redeliver the flowers with the missing balloons and get back the original bouquet. This is fine except now my present has turned into an inconvenience for my daughter... she now has to coordinate and be available for a 2nd delivery. And the fact that the bouquet was wrong AND missing balloons can't be rectified. The surprise can't be duplicated. I would say for $76, it was an epic failure. I won't order from here again. I'm very disappointed.
