The flowers I ordered were not like the picture on the web site. I was not happy with what was delivered and will not order flowers on line again. I did contact fromyouflowers and was given a discount but I still like I paid way too much for what was received.

Delivery time off, then i agreed the next day ok, but the flowers looked. Like a week old, and poor quality, they are suppose ti redeliver on Monday so lets see!

The flowers were delivered perfectly on time. This was amazing because I ordered them less than 24 hours the day before. They were stunningly beautiful. The picture showed a fireside basket but they came in a round brown basket. It really didn't matter, they were so beautiful. It made my children very happy to see this beautiful tribute to their Grandmother at her viewing. Thank You!
I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from the florist advising that some of the flowers (football mums) were not available and was it OK with me that they substitute. I said yes and was even more pleased when I was told they would add more greenery and make the arrangement bigger due to the substitution. Unfortunately, when I saw the arrangement, it looked very small and not at all like the picture - it looked like I had ordered the REGULAR or SMALL version instead of the DELUXE or MEDIUM size. The roses were yellow instead of peach and there was very little greenery. It was pretty and the family was very appreciative but I was disappointed and don't feel like I got what I paid for. I will reconsider future orders or recommending y'all to others.
Quick and efficient
Each of the recipients liked the arrangements sent. My grandson sent a picture of the order he received and it was the same as the order had been pictured. The orders were delivered on the date specified. I appreciated getting confirmation of the order deliveries.
Great service! The only thing that I would recommend is that you show all of the fees (courtesy fee, delivery fee, handling fee, etc.) initially. I thought the prices were good when I was researching them on the main page. Once I was about to pay, all of these fees got added to the original price. I still feel the price was fair, I have bought from another website before, and I paid a bit less here. I would've just liked heads up from the beginning, that's all.
The web pages are a bit messy regarding the actual payment process.
My experience in the past has been very positive so that is why I ordered again. The fact that you give a coupon for free delivery is important to me. And the fact that you permit me to pay with PayPal also allows me to deal with your company. The flowers will arrive as advertised. And the person that I sent them to wrote back and said that they were beautiful and they meant a lot to her.
The Christmas tree arrangement was very fresh and absolutely beautiful! Everyone loved it!
