I am giving them a one star but they actually don't even get a zero. I wish I had read reviews about them before. They are so far not only the worst customer and quality service I ever had been in contact been with, but they are the closest scam people you can find. Satisfaction guarantee!, Same day delivery... seriously? And you pay more than 15 dollars for shipping and handling fees... well please do your self a favor and never ever order from this people.
I don't like how you have to enter a card to see how much shipping is... Price was better than other sites. Just hope it looks as good as the picture. I was told by the person who got the gift that it was amazing and looked wonderful. I ordered just fruit but they included a lot of candy as well, I guess they were low on the fruit. I like the fact that it was free shipping which saved me some money. I was able to get date changed because of an error with no problem at no extra cost and it was delivered to her job. Perfect.

I had a horrible experience that has been documented via email. My flowers did not arrive the day they were suppose too, they arrive later the next day. Customer service did not know how to handle this and in my opinion the service all around was Poor. Supervisor did compliment me with a refund of my order (which I'm still waiting on) and I was suppose to receive a coupon for another order "free of charge" (which I have yet to receive. I would like to say I give second chances, but we will see if all is followed through.
