Delay in receiving arrangement but is absolutely beautiful. Delay was not a big problem in this particular case. More than worth the wait!

The extra costs might be added upfront. Also, having the $4.99 "expediting" charge carry over automatically raises chances of someone paying for something they don't need. Just a transparency issue commonly done.
