Extremely easy and as advertised I was able to order same day delivery.
When I placed the order, I received a notification that it would not be able to be delivered. Then, I received a call from the receiver thanking me for the flowers so I was very confused throughout this process. Customer service was not available.

Smooth and simple with great punctual delivery and range of products. Would've just liked to seen delivery costs etc before the penultimate stage of the order confirmation.
I paid for next day shipping and the order did not come until the day after that. Mistakes happen. I understand that. However, once I pointed out the mistake, it took several emails to receive a refund no the next day shipping price I paid. This should have been the first response from customer service.
