I placed an order for same day delivery, and it was delivered the next day. They lady I spoke to said they would refund half the amount, and then give an extra 30% off. I still got charged full price.
Very easy to order and pick out arrangement.
I thought the site was fine and the selections were great. I was offered discounts which was great. But then there was a fee of $14.95 for handling. Then the $2.99 for same delivery (which I understand). It was just surprising to get a discount and turn in around and charge a handling fee.
But now I will know for the furture.
First time order but I liked the site and ease of placing the order
I was highly disappointed when the recipient didn't receive the flowers the same day for which I paid. I had to call to find out what happened to my order. Unfortunately I placed the order on Saturday and the local flower shop does not open on Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to find out what happened to the order. The customer service was very helpful. She said she would upgrade my arrangement and make sure the flowers gets delivered. They also refunded me my same day delivery fee. Happy, only after a few hiccups along the way.
