First time ordering. I sent a fruit basket to friends in another state from this website. This was a new vendor for me. The recipient was very pleased with the basket sent. The fruit was in beautiful shape and wrapped very pretty and well presented. There was a nice assortment of fruit in this basket also. The website itself was easy to navigate and the ordering instructions were clear. Being able to use Pay Pal to pay for this item was also a plus for me. I would definitely recommend this website to others and would use them again.
Wonderful. They delivered when I asked, person receiving flowers was very pleased. Very reasonable price plus I had received a gift certificate from my last order (which wasn't necessary) so I even got a larger discount. I have always used FTD but think I have found a new service. Thank You!

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon on a Friday. I was in the department at 2:30 p.m. that day and the order had not yet arrived. The order appeared within the listed delivery department on Monday morning. I am expecting a refund of the money spent on this guarantee.

Paid the extra for the "premium" bouquet but the arrangement still did not contain the same flowers pictured online. For example, online bouquet showed white lilies and her actual bouquet had no lilies and white daisys instead.

I was surprised that I couldn't send what I wanted because the price was too low for the area it was going to. That didn't make sense. Otherwise, all was good.
Shopping online was easy, however the flowers I sent to my Sister did not look like the photo I picked online...They were suppose to include Christmas Ornaments and the arrangement online showed more flowers, the ones my Sister received had more pine than flowers...
