I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and received a call from customer service to say that the local florist didn't have that particular arrangement available but could substitute something appropriate for the dollar amount paid. As the flowers needed to delivered that day I didn't have much choice but to tell them to go ahead. The actual arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was a dozen red roses, which was not only not even close to what I ordered, but not terribly appropriate for the funeral of an 18 year old girl. If this were to ever happen again, I would NOT approve a substitution sight unseen.
So far so good, but delivery is not until monday so that is the true test. I just got a thank you call so the delivery was great. The product was as expected. Great service.

The delivery time was not what I was promised nor what I paid for- the additional fee for express delivery was not worth the extra charge as they were not delivered by the time indicated! I'm glad I called the place they were being delivered or I never would have know. I also believe that a 14.95 delivery charge is excessive. Next time I will shop local.

My Sister Loved the Flowers
Waiting to see how the flowers are when my mom get them. The Christmas tree was smaller than I had expected.
On the website, my order was shown with a purple vase. The vase co-ordinated so well with the flowers in the arrangement and added a bit of punch. I was terribly dissappointed to arrive at the viewing and find that my order had a WHITE VASE. While I do understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made--the choice of a white vase ruined the cohesiveness of the arrangement. I was very disappointed. In my opinion, a dark color would have been better, but I really wanted the purple one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
