My Daughter Loved her surprise and sent a picture, very pleased!
The candy basket I ordered looked very nice but it was the 31.99 you sent, and I ordered the upgrade which was 49.99 This was for two children. Needless to say I am a disappointed 84 year grandmother who because of this virus cannot see her grandchildren.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
