The daisy bouquet sent to my sister for her '65' birthday is nice, but it's not like the picture, I chose and submitted, in my order. It showed the daisies in a yellow vase, which was important to me, as that's her color, but instead, the bouquet is in a glass generic vase. Not happy about that.

Buy a $ 108 orchid. Opulent orchid, white, with two flower stems, moss and ceramic pot. They sent me a rotten dark pink orchid in a plastic pot without moss.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
