I like the options there are very beautiful combos.
My first time using this service and I am disappointed. I was Dissatisfied with the size of balloon. I would not have paid for one if I had known it was a very small/petite size. I also thought at least a minimum of a clear vase would have been included with the purchase but that was not the case. This was a birthday gift for my mom as I am out of town and thought it would be prearranged in a vase delivered to her but it was in a packaged box that had to be disassembled and arranged by my sister who was luckily in town. I wish I could say I'd use your services again but I will not.
Very easy to order. Only thing I didn't like is shipping charges are too much.

I was charged for delivery 14.99 even though you advertised free delivery. When the flowers arrived the vase was broken and the flowers were brown and wilted. The recipient contacted the delivery service and they said that they would replace the order but that hasn't happened yet.

Appreciated the offer of free shipping which made this gift more affordable. I had delivery issues and delays most likely due to the coronavirus. These took me much phone time to resolve, but the the plant was beautiful when it eventually arrived 5 days late.
Shopping was pretty easy. The flowers were beautiful but I thought it would've been a larger bouquet based on the online photo and the final price paid.

Flowers were delivered by UPS. Came in a box, wrapped in pretty paper. Flowers are perfect!
Easy and convenient.only saw a photo of flowers when they had arrived but I thought they looked to be well open and may not last very long. As they were a gift I don't think the recipients would say anything negative to me.

I've used this site several times. I feel you try to trick the customer. This purchase the extra charge for am delivery was automatically selected. And the first time I went to Paypal the delivery fee was included although the site said delivery was free. I likely will not use you again and would discourage others. Be more honest and upfront about charges. Don't use false advertising.
Upon receipt even less satisfied. The flowers are not as nice as what I could get at grocery store for less than $15. The bow around the vase looks like curly ribbon used on gift wrapping. Very disappointed.
