Overall, not the best transaction. I had requested (and paid additional) for the order to be delivered prior to noon and the flowers barely made it by 3:00pm which is when my girlfriend leaves from work. They did promptly refund the additional I paid to have delivery guaranteed before noon, but that really isn't the point. I realize this company utilizes local florists but I contracted fromyouflowers.com to meet my needs and my needs were really not met. She is at least happy with the arrangement and customer service responded to my inquiries promptly. I may try them again, but I would not go out on a limb to recommend them.

The online experience was great, the delivery was within the desired time frame, the balloons were wonderful, and the bear looked great. My only issue was with the appearance of the flowers. The flowers themselves look good but the filler that was in the online picture didn't look anything like the product that I got. I got very little greenery (or whatever you call it) and about 6 inches of roses sticking above that. I don't think this is your companies issue but more the florist that you went through.

I placed a time sensitive bouquet order and it was never delivered. It's been a week later after a couple calls to your customer service and I still yet have not been reimbursed. I was under the impression From you Flowers was a reliable source for flowers according to the person who referred me to this company, sadly I found this to be one of the worst experiences while flower shopping.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
