The order wasn't delivered on the same day though it was a birthday gift! So time mattered here.
I paid for same day delivery -
though the customer service rep was nice and responsive, no one went the extra mile to help and make this happen and didn't offer any refund on same day delivery fee or the fact that the delivery wasn't on time
I have done these orders in the past and this is the first time it happened

After receiving the flowers, my wife was displeased with flowers were in full bloom and already starting to due on the outer edges, ands was not aesthetically pleasing. We called the Hummelstown florest and was met with a nasty attitude telling my wife that it was her husband's problem for buying from a fake web sight. After this my wife told me never to get anything from Hummelstown florist. All I wanted them to do was send a fresh replacement.

I'm from a small town and my parents still live there. I wasn't sure if your company delivered to these towns or not so I was really surprised to see you did.
After I did my order I went ahead and proceeded; then received a follow-up email with my order information. I realized that I didnt change the name of the person to receive the flowers to my Mom; so it was still showing me as the recipient. I emailed the company right away, not sure if I would get any kind of response. And within probably 20 minutes I had an email saying my order had been updated and the name switched; that individualized response let me know someone actually read the email and took care of it.
My Mom received her flowers at work today and loves them. THANK YOU! You are my new go-to company

The only reason that we ordered flowers from your company was because same day delivery was guaranteed. That did not happen. We ordered on Saturday morning before 10 a.m. They were received at 7 pm on Monday night. Highly disappointed. Would have simply gone with a different company if we knew this ahead of time. We were refunded the minimal same day delivery fee, but had we know it would take this long to deliver then we would not have spent any money. Although the flowers were ultimately delivered, I feel justified in asking for a refund. Please call me at *******928 at your earliest convenience.

Good selection. Quick and easy to order. Delivered plants and flowers were exactly as pictured on the web site. The florist doubled bagged the order to keep the order protected from the extreme cold.

Looking forward to see if the product is as good as it looks online. Appreciate same day service they friend they arrangement was sent to sent me a pic of basket. Was surprised at the lack of fruit in the basket. The pic online showed a full basket with fruit and snacks. The basket was half full was surprised at what was delivered.

The flowers were not delivered same day as requested. They were sent the next day and I was offered an upgrade which was nice. Don't like the $14.99 delivery charge - won't pay it again - will just use a local shop with free delivery
