The arrangement was not at all like the pic I even ordered the premium... The vase that should have been pink was a cheap clear glass instead.and when I complained I got a 15$ off coupon... As if I would ever order again... I should have stuck with 1800 flowers... rediculous u pay a lot of money and u tell me things can be substituted? Ah... no... what i ordered is what should be given... I will never order from you again...period

The additional fee's are surprising for same day delivery that I believed to be already included in the advertised bouquet price which threw me off. The flower delivery was fifteen minutes to noon cut off. The flowers are very pretty but overpriced
Very easy website to navigate; however, I chose "best deal" where the florist put together an arrangement. Once my friend received the flowers, she sent me a pic of them-I was NOT impressed. For the $30 I spent, there were 3 white roses, some purple tulips, and cheap pink little flowers. I wish I would have chosen my own bouquet I originally picked out and not gone with the "best deal" arrangement. The colors were not appealing at all. The delivery time was excellent, but since I was not impressed with the flowers, I probably won't use this site again. I would advise that if a site is going to promote an arrangement made up by professionals, that bouquet better be gorgeous.
Beautiful arrangement, but paid for them to be on time.
The only qualm I have with the service was that the flowers were delivered to a bar down the street from my sister's Baltimore apartment, rather than at the address I gave. I had given her boyfriend's number, so he coordinated it, but I was disappointed that it didn't arrive at the correct address and in the end was less of a surprise.
I think the bouquet could have been a little bigger for the price that I paid for the mid grade, other than that I had a wonderful experience ordering and receiving the flowers. I even had to call and change the delivery address due to school being cancelled.

The order wasn't delivered on the same day though it was a birthday gift! So time mattered here.

though the customer service rep was nice and responsive, no one went the extra mile to help and make this happen and didn't offer any refund on same day delivery fee or the fact that the delivery wasn't on time
