This was sent to the funeral of a very dear friend. Since she lived in a rural area, I was not able to send my first choice of a funeral spray in the shape of a cross. This arrangement was available and suited the occasion. Service was flawless and flowers were beautiful. Thank you, From You Flowers, for making my experience a positive one.

I haven't seen the flowers, but I did speak to my father, who was the recipient. He was very pleased and said that they were beautiful and that you had done an excellent, above average job with the arrangement. He said there were a lot of different flowers and that there were some that still needed to bloom, which I had hoped for. My mother gets flowers all the time and he said, comparing them to hers, he got the nicer bunch. LOL Thank you so very much. This was a gift for his 85th birthday and I am extremely pleased. Also, the delivery time was perfect. He received them shortly after noon. Thanks so much again and God bless!

I paid expedited, same day/weekend fees for a Sunday delivery. My order was never confirmed by the florist that day, and i was told by cusotmer care that night that my flowers were not going to be delivered Sunday.

Once I spoke to customer care again Monday afternoon, they got a hold of a new florist and by that night my flowers were upgraded, and delivered.

My fees for expedited, same day fees will be credited to me I was told.

Overall, great experience fromyou flowers.com. Just a bummer that I had to call customer care 3 times to make sure florist completed my order.

Thanks for your help though...she thought the flowers were beautiful!

I put 1 star for the Order delivery time because it is due on 26th of January. But if the question would be the order delivery time options I would put 5 stars.

The flowers were nothing like the bouquet I ordered but I guess it's okay because I am not too picky but you should try to make them at least the same color as the flowers in the picture. If I choose a purple floral arrangement I don't want a pink one with a green vase showing up where I sent them too.

The flowers were alright

The flowers were alright. There were a lot of flowers that were not bloomed yet and made the arrangement look empty. The shipping fees were alittle high and seeing as I paid extra to have them delivered by 12 pm I was very disappointed to hear that they didn't get delivered until almost 3pm.

The flowers are beautiful

The flowers are beautiful. Customer service answered all of my questions in 15 minutes. And the prices were better then 1800 flowers'. And my mom (who is in the hospital in another state) was very pleased with them and loves the vase it came in. I just wish the mobile site was as easy to browse through as the desktop site.
