Your site is very difficult to use. At first the "token" would not work. I went through the process three times. I entered my order twice and was asked for the address twice. By the time I finally finished this simple order, the order could not be delivered this week. The delivery is now not until 4/7. This purchase was a frustrating experience. I hope the product is excellent when it finally arrives.

The flowers were delivered today but dang the flowers had gotten really hot somewhat wilted not very happy this was the first flowers that I sent to the very special lady I would have hope for a better 1st impression of course she didn't complain but it is what it is I'll buy from once more if they are wilted I won't do it again

The flowers were not delivered until 8pm and not sure where they were delivered. They just showed up on the porch after the neighbors were contacted if they had seen them. The delivery was late. By the time she got the flowers her birthday was almost over.

I was very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my friend for her birthday. The arrangement was not attractive, did not resemble anything that was advertised, and did not look fresh (she sent me a picture immediately after receiving the arrangement). I realize that sometimes florists do not receive fresh flowers on Monday (the day of the birthday), but I would have preferred that your company not say that they could deliver on that day than send a lower quality arrangement.
