I've ordered many times through you flowers. This was the first time that there was a delivery issue, it was delivered the day after it was supposed to be. I contacted customer service and they credited the same day fee. Even though I was upset they were delivered late I feel it was resolved in a professional manner. I will continue to use you flowers in the future. I like to take advantage of the offers of free delivery.
Took awhile to order. Didn't find the flowers that I initially wanted to order. Disappeared from choices after starting the order. Disappointed.

Easy process, beautiful flowers
This is a follow up on the flowers i ordered for my sisters 60th birthday
I realize i live hundreds of miles from my sister but just because i got a
Great price from you the flowers received by my sister were a small
Boquet and i spent a lot of money and your middle man seem to take
Advantage guessing i would not know but my other sister was there to
Visit 2 days after they arrived and said they were not nearly enough flowers
For the money we spent
I sent the flowers to my daughter for her birthday as we are all confined because of the virus. My daughter said they were beautiful. My only problem was they just left them at the door and didn't knock (as far as we know) or call either of us to inform us they had been delivered. The neighborhood kids knocked on the door to inform my daughter they were sitting outside. She lives in a townhouse and anyone could have walked past and taken them. I understand people want to socially distance themselves but they could have kept knocking until someone answered or called myself or my daughter. If their nor going to do this why ask for that info. Nor really sure if I will order from them again. Pretty unlikely.

The online experience was pleasant and rather easy. The flowers are beautiful, but I expected a few more stems, as I ordered the medium priced arrangement. Delivery was good too. A nice way to send a birthday gift to my daughter in these difficult times. She loved them!
Easy ordering as usual. They were delivered same day, which was fantastic. I paid a little more for the Delux bouquet and although they are pretty, it is quite small.
