Great website, great selection!
Easy to order, quick and simple. Lots of fees. I paid for 4 hour expedited service. It did NOT get there within the four hours. I should have just went with regular service if that's the case. First person from customer service accidentally disconnected with me but called back and left me a voice mail. Second customer service gave me an update which was the same as the voice mail. I ordered at 8:30am and the flowers were delivered well after 1:30pm.

This was my first time using this company and it will be my last. I needed an order delivered the day I ordered it. It was not though I received confirmation it was. I was assured it would be delivered first thing the next day. It was delivered at 5pm. I was also assured someone would contact me first thing. They did not. A very bizarre delivery man contacted me when he delivered it. He wasn't going to leave the flowers bc the recipient wasnt home though I had told multiple people I wanted it left. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
