I didn't like the higher cost flowers as much as the lower cost but had to pay a minimum of39.99 for the zip code I was sending to you.
Flowers didn't arrive on time. This was due to not having anyone home, which is understandable. However, there was no communication fromyouflowers.com to explain this. When I called and emailed, they said they would get back to me but it wasn't until I called back the next day and the re-researched that I received information.
In both cases, the customer service provider was professional but I would have liked a more proactive offer to rectify the situation. Instead I had to request a discount and they had to go check in with a manager. Had they just offered to do something extra, and been prompt on follow up, I would have been happy.
Flowers were not delivered same day. Missed my friend's birthday :( it turns out that if you don't give them the recipient's phone number, (which the website says not to if it is a surprise) your flowers will not be delivered. I left my number and received a phone call, which I missed, and the florist didn't leave a message. The customer service person was reluctant but did eventually refund the $2.99 same day shipping (I haven't seen it yet) and upgrade the flowers.how would I know if they actually did this. The $14.99 shipping they tack on at the end also gets you. Probably won't use this site again.
I ordered flowers for same day delivery and paid extra for that service. The recipient was in the hospital and at 7pm I received a call that they were unable to find a florist to deliver the flowers. They offered to send an apology note and an upgrade w a delivery the following day. The patient was discharged and I had to update the address of where the delivery should go because they weren't delivered first thing.
I was very disappointed and will not risk another non performance issue w this company for future orders.
The product was different from what I ordered (the teddy bear was way smaller and different color. The teddy bear was dirty and wet). The delivery person was extremely rude. The reimbursement was poor (less than a half of the price and can be used only at this place though I do not plan on buy there again). The good side is that they were fast in answering to my complaints.
This is my second time using the site, if I had to chage something it would be the fact that is you go back to change something and you move forward from there the sub total always increases so I have to start over again the get the correct amount.
The florist got the order wrong and deliver happy birthday balloons instead of anniversary chocolate. And my order was about 6 hours late.
Advertise same day delivery but full cost of that same delivery not revealed until check-out, and seemed a bit high. $39 arrangement=final cost $58.
Unfortunately, much of the service I received was less than I had hoped for. I ordered from your website because of the 'same day delivery' option however, my order was delayed and not delivered until the next day. I also was notified the following day that my order could not be completed as requested because they had to replace the two latex balloons with mylar balloons. My biggest frustration was that the arrangement received looked very different than what was pictured on the website. Instead of the ceramic container that was pictured, it come in a basket and instead of one large 'premium' plant it contained four small plants. I do want to mention however, I called customer service to report the issues I experienced and was very satisfied with the service I received from the representative. She was very friendly and apologetic and offered me a 20% refund but the cost of the balloon I did not receive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
