Our recipient received an arrangement that had pretty flowers but no baby's breath so it was not as cheerful as we had hoped, and it was in a deep red vase without a bow. Customer service replied promptly to our complaint but did not seem to grasp the issue. We wanted our display to resemble the photo of the one we had chosen and it did not.

The Birthday girl loved the flowers - my disappointment came when she sent me a picture and the colors didn't match the order colors. But being in retail I do understand they probably had to work with what they had on hand. I don't think I would have been disappointed had I been informed of the color changes.

My son and his wife sent me a picture of the flower arrangement they received and I was pleasantly surprised. The arrangement was truly beautiful...very full and was honestly better than the one in the picture I chose it from. I'd been a florist for years so I'm perhaps a little extra critical...no complaints here!
