Flowers were very beautiful and fresh I had chose to have them delivered before 12, but they weren't until 2. I don't mind that I payed extra for them to be delivered by noon and that they weren't so much because my girl friend was still home when they arrived, but had she had plans to be out at work or somewhere after noon, I would understand being upset about the delivery time/ extra charge
Everything was great except the miscommunication informing me that my flowers couldn't be delivered on time when in fact they were already delivered. They were actually delivered early (same day) which was very impressive. I normally use proflowers, but this company definitely served me better and I will use From You Flowers from now on!
Really liked all of the choices; the product, however, was shown in a box, but delivered in a very plain brown bag. Maybe i missed "the fine print"?

This time the flowers were not delivered on the day requested. Luckily it was not a birthday or anniversary. I received a call saying it would be delivered the next day and upgraded. I did appreciate the call but would have been VERY unhappy had it been a special occasion.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
