Thought it was fast and easy.BUT my order was not delivered until the next day.
Flowers arrived on time but the orchids were not same color as those shown on website for the selected arrangement. The 'common color orchids' delivered were less elegant than the rich deeper colors of the original design.

I paid for expedited delivery by noon. They were not delivered until 4 p.m. as the person was locking the business to go home! The flowers looked nothing like the photo! Never will buy from them again!
Every thing was fine so far...I just think that the email of confirmation shoul be sent earlier. The flowers were deliveried at 9 am and the email arrive at 5 pm.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
