Online said "Same day delivery" guaranteed if order placed by 3 pm. I'm in the same time zone as the recipient and I ordered before 2 pm. I only get an email from your customer service at 9:38 PM that the delivery didn't happen. Really?!? I should have been informed earlier than that. I could have gone to a different company. The only reason I didn't cancel the next day because you had already deducted my account and I figured it would take DAYS to receive a credit. Very poor. Will not use again. I was also supposed to receive an upgraded arrangement but the photo my sister sent looked pretty lame for $50 that I spent and was supposed to be upgraded.

First experience with fromyouflower and I was really disappointed when I saw the pictures that my sister took of the flowers she got for her Bday! The flowers were not as pictured, totally the wrong shade of colors, in bad shape, looked like they were tossed around and not as totally not as described. Emailed customer service and they were very fast at responding back to this issue. But I still have no resolution back from their CSC rep on when the correct set of flowers are going to be replaced. Will probably never buy from fromyouflowers.com ever again.

There was some $14 charge not mentioned until the review of order, after CC# given. No me gusta. And I opted to be notified when the order was successfully delivered and I still did not receive and e-mail. For all I know, the order was never even delivered. I can't ask the recipient because he is very ill and has not answered the phone. If he did answer the phone, I wouldn't ask him if y'all did your job or not; I would ask him how his health is. I feel iffy about this purchase... $61 for a small Get Well Soon plant... still no e-mail..
What was sent was completely wrong. The coloring was important for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. While you refunded a portion, I believe the entire amount should have been refunded. There shouldn't be fine print that you have to read regarding substitutions, and substitutions should not be THAT different! I WAS SO UPSET and will never use you again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
