Ordered flowers for my aunt's 84th birthday. She didn't receive them until almost 5:00 p.m. She received the flowers on Friday evening and had to throw them out by Monday. They should have lasted much longer than that. She was disappointed thinking I had forgotten her birthday and then flowers that didn't even hold up 3 days on top of that. I called customer service only to be told that if I wanted an earlier delivery time I would have had to pay an additional fee. Ridiculous. My aunt lives in a small town. There's no reason those flowers couldn't have been to her sooner. Don't think I will use you guys again. There are other options that provide a better experience.

I paid for expedited service, which meant before 12 p.m. Not only did the vendor miss the expedited time but did not get to the end user until just after 6 p.m. Of that day. I believe vendor should be let go from the network and they not only displayed inadequate service and obviously lack of attention to detail not to be able to service the requirements. Had it not been for the exceptional customer service I experienced I would have not come back. The consistent interaction and follow up was nothing less than exceptional and the customer service is definitely an asset to the overall experience and the only reason why I would even consider coming back to this website for another purchase. Customer service did attend to my dissatisfaction with a credit of not only the expedited service that I paid for but also for future purchase, it was little consolation for what turned out to be a full day of frustration and concern however, kudos to them for addressing it quickly and fairly.

My sister received her birthday flower in the afternoon, not a problem. She loved the arrangements, they were the Christmas with green ornaments. Really nice and flowers were lovely.
Two seperate orders to two seperate places, one several hours late so I had to deliver them myself that evening, and the other didn't make it at all, and had to be delivered the following week.

Plus the flowers cost49.00 with a google discount of only10.00? Im not so sure if i saved anything. I only chose you over Proflowers and the other competitors thinking you would be cheaper. Apparently not. Just the same in comparison. I should have to pay for the same flowers no more than50.00. Tops. So, the next order of flowers will be either from myself or another vendor.

I placed my order based on the PICTURE I saw on line. When the flowers arrived, I asked the recipient to send me a picture of what was delivered. It was a much skimpier version of what I saw on line. I was disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
