Great service in a trying weather induced birthday situation from customer service to theft local florist folks.
Thank you
I found everything I needed in one place. Thank you!
The flowers were beautiful! My family was impressed and my grandmother (the deceased I ordered the flowers for) would've loved them
These surveys are just TOO LONG!I stopped giving hi marks when I ran out of patience but couldn't just submit & stop. Now I'll be late just to give you this feedback. Too many questions Just fgive a box for comments when people have had enough. And how can I rate delivery time when they haven't been delivered yet.
Not bad, wish I could edit message later in the process
Haven't seen the flowers yet. Haven't heard from the person receiving them. Delivery date is Wednesday.
I ordered three orders for my wife and daughters. My daughters received theirs (out of the area) with confirmation they had been delivered. I also received confirmation they had delivered my wife's. When we got home they were not anywhere. I called immediately and they would call the local florist and get them delivered the next day. At 10:30 the next day I called and they repeated the promise to have them delivered that day and they would call me back. I never received any call or notification and nothing was delivered. I should have looked here for the complaints because this seems to be common. I will get a refund and will never use this company again.
I purchased the ice cream cone cakes as a birthday gift for a friend. She was thrilled! I thought there were only 4 in the package, but there were actually 8 mini cakes. I do feel that $55 is too much for only a few bites of cake though I am happy there was more than expected... I believe this item comes from an outside company, so fromyouflowers.com may not have control over the price of this item. I tried to apply credits, coupons, etc to bring the price down, but when I spoke to customer service, I was told that I cannot discount a discounted item. This defeats the purpose of offering a "coupon valid on the entire site".
I would like to say Thank You for making her day! Your company offers a variety of items & I enjoy using your site.
Absolutely loathsome. Ruined my wife's Valentine's Day. I work overseas and every Valentine's Day, I send my wife flowers. I tried this business for the first time. They took my order, charged my credit card (which they retracted later), but never delivered. On Valentine's Day, I saw that the charges were removed, but the flowers were never delivered. My wife is broken-hearted. Shame on you!
I wish there was a section where I could give directions to the delivery person...
Missed two days to deliver
Unbelievable
And they acted like it was no big deal
And did not offer anything for failing to deliver
I have used this company in the past with no issues. I order my flowers for Valentine's Day several days ago. I ordered online just as I did the year before. No where on the page does it indicate that the flowers will be shipped in a box. I had expected that the would be hand delivered just like last year. So, today I call customer service. She says that I have an option to choose UPS or hand delivery. So I walk through the online sale with her. She proved herself wrong; there is not a single place that explains the flowers will come in a box. Then she uses another excuse, saying the florist in the area of the delivery was maxed out on orders and couldn't deliver. I asked why I was not notified; she had no answer. Then she asks a manager. Finally she shows me a separate tab that brings you to another page that needs to be clicked on that is BELOW the "continue" box on the checkout page. It says that "some" flowers may come in a box via UPS. The agree to refund me $5 and give me a gift card for my next order. Why would I want to order again? This is simply bad business.
Now, hours later, my girlfriend sends me pictures of the flowers; they look horrible; not even close to the picture on the website.

Hi there,
Last Sunday night I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a residence Monday morning.
I received a call from FromYou Monday morning that the flowers would not make it by today, but hopefully by Tuesday. She also said I'd get some credit but I really didn't care about that. I specifically wanted them delivered Monday Because the residents would be home, and wouldn't be home Tuesday. She said with my permission they would just leave it on the door step (?) exposed to elements and passerby... When I asked her if she could make it a late day delivery she said "sure" and never specified or asked a time...
At this point I was slightly annoyed but happy they would be receiving their favorite flower: sunflowers!
Anyway, that Monday the residents DID receive their flowers which I was ecstatic to hear among all the confusion. Until I was sent a picture.
The left picture being on the website. I understand there is no way to completely replicate the photo, and some flowers are out of season. But the big selling point was the sunflowers... Those clearly aren't even remotely similar to sunflowers. And the vase appears stubby in comparison to the grand, raffia covered one you offer.
I was irked but whatever, the residents were happy. BUT then, Tuesday morning my phone rang yet again from FromYou. They were under the impression the arrangement still hadn't been sent, and that when it did it wouldn't be sunflowers. (I wish they told me that Monday?!?!) I laughed and told her they did in fact get the flowers and I was disappointed they weren't worth what I paid for since they didn't get the stupid sunflowers. She sounded confused, said "okay we won't send them again" No apology, no credit, no refund, no nothing.
Anyway, that's the last time I'm
Ever ordering from FromYou. Clearly the communication between this service and the local florist is not there. I truly feel like the yellow daisy looking flowers in the dinky stubby case weren't the high price I paid.
Signed,
Feeling Duped
Thank you for promptly resolving my issue.
Recipient loved the floral arrangement
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
Answer: I'm sorry in advance
Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
Answer: Yes I have been informed that it will be recovered due to flowers not being delivered.
Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
