The order process and satisfaction with delivery were very good. However, several days afterward I found out from the recipient that what I ordered was not what he received. I had ordered the "Junk Food" basket and had chosen that specifically because this individual does not eat any of these types of foods. The basket that was delivered, although very nice, did not contain or look anywhere like the one I ordered. I did not contact Customer Service because it was several days later that it was brought to my attention.

Easy site navigation. Amazon payment option should facilitate billing information. This did not happen. I did not see when I placed my order with expedited next day shipping early Friday morning that the flowers would not be delivered until Tuesday afternoon. Very disappointed.

I bought the Premium Flower arrangement and the price I paid for the PICTURE of the product I received, was fine. The product I RECEIVED was NOTHING like the picture. The actual product I received on Friday February 13,2015 had 3 red roses, 13 pink baby carnations, and 18 white daisy chrysanthemums. Today is Wednesday February 18,2015 and ALL three roses and one bunch of 4 carnations are dead. YES, the vase is full of water and YES, I followed the directions with the food.

I know this is not fromyouflowers.com directly, but this florist they did business with, in my opinion, did not deliver on what I purchased.

I do believe that fromyouflowers needs to vet the florist they do business with better to ensure that the customers are getting the bouquet pictured.

The flowers were very pretty my fiancé loved them

The flowers were very pretty my fiancé loved them. Although I paid extra for it to be delivered before 12:30 pm. I phoned up the customer service at around 12:50 and was told the flowers were still in the truck to be delivered which was quite annoying as I was about to get my flight from London to the US and wanted her to receive them before I got on the flight. They did manage to get them to her just before I got on the flight so in the end it all worked out.

Flowers were really nice but the vase was not exactly what was pictured. Ordered at around 1am but was not provided any updated delivery information until it was delivered at around 3:40pm. The timing ended up working out at the office they were being delivered to but it was cutting it close. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
