I paid 59.99 and the flowers that arrived looked EXACTLY like the ones in the 49.99 picture. MUCH SMALLER than expected. Disappointed in these. Not sure why so small.

At first I was very disappointed because my order was shipped on the wrong day and it didn't resemble picture at all. I contacted customer service and they apologized and agreed to resend order. It was sent on the correct day this time and although my daughter was very pleased with it I still feel it looked nothing like the picture. But I am very appreciative with the response from customer service.

I ordered "get well" flowers to be delivered on a sunday. I guess no one in the area delivered on sundays and then there was a snowstorm monday so they werent delivered until tuesday. I realize it wasn't anyones fault, but it was still kind of a bummer
