At first I was very disappointed because my order was shipped on the wrong day and it didn't resemble picture at all. I contacted customer service and they apologized and agreed to resend order. It was sent on the correct day this time and although my daughter was very pleased with it I still feel it looked nothing like the picture. But I am very appreciative with the response from customer service.

I ordered "get well" flowers to be delivered on a sunday. I guess no one in the area delivered on sundays and then there was a snowstorm monday so they werent delivered until tuesday. I realize it wasn't anyones fault, but it was still kind of a bummer

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
