The flowers were nothing like what was pictured. And was so much smaller. Felt I didn't get my money's worth.
Ordering online was easy--instructions were very clear. The delivery driver was excellent (Jim). He called me when the recipient was not home for further instructions, delivered the flowers to a neighbor and then called later to make sure they were delivered. Thanks Jim. The flowers were beautiful and it was a pleasure doing business with this company.
